You’ll grow your product craft while partnering across design, technology, operations, and risk to deliver trusted outcomes.As a Vice President, Product ManagerDigital Authentication in Trust & Security, you lead discovery and delivery for secure access capabilities, balancing customer experience, fraud prevention, and strong controls. You work closely with cross-functional partners to define clear requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and ship measurable improvements across web and mobile channels.Job responsibilitiesManage and evolve existing authentication features to improve customer experience and security outcomesLead discovery activities, including problem definition, customer insights, and hypothesis-driven analysisDefine product requirements by writing epics, partnering on user stories, and setting clear acceptance criteriaParticipate as a core team member in agile ceremonies to drive delivery, transparency, and continuous improvementRepresent the customer perspective and translate needs into product decisions and roadmap contributionsPartner with legal, risk, operations, design, data, and technology teams to align on priorities and delivery plansSupport testing, pilot launches, user experience validation, and backlog refinement to ensure readinessAssist with business cases and measurement of operational results to demonstrate product impactCoordinate dependencies across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of end-to-end solutionsDrive improvements to operational policies, process flows, procedures, tools, and customer messagingRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of business analysis and/or product management delivery experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceDemonstrated analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problemsExperience working with distributed agile scrum teamsWorking knowledge of agile principles and product delivery practicesProficiency using agile delivery and documentation tools (for example, Jira and Confluence)Experience managing a product backlog, prioritization, and cross-team dependenciesStrong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence stakeholdersStrong organizational and time management skills across multiple concurrent initiativesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience delivering authentication and identity capabilities (for example, multi-factor authentication, passkeys, device trust, or biometrics)Experience supporting account takeover prevention and secure customer verification journeysExperience improving one-time passcode delivery, reliability, and customer experienceFamiliarity with secure access patterns such as password reset, login protection, and caller verification controlsAgile or Scrum certificationApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
