Accounts payable (vendors). Bank reconciliation. Frequent reporting for ownership.What we're looking for: Lives locally in or near Glendale, available to work in person. Fluent in Armenian and English. Hands-on AppFolio experience is required - we're not able to provide platform training. Bookkeeping experience, ideally with apartments and shopping centers. Comfortable working independently day to day, while giving a clear daily verbal updates.
