• Deliver high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress effectively in our digital records system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care strategies for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to their well-being.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to promote professional development and stay updated on the latest mental health trends and treatment methodologies.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who seek mental health support for a variety of issues. These may include, but are not limited to, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma-related conditions. You will have the opportunity to make meaningful connections with clients from diverse backgrounds, contributing to their healing journey through your expertise and compassion.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly for mood disorders.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and its implications for psychotherapy, enabling effective collaboration with prescribing psychiatrists.

• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to foster rapport and trust with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
