As a primarily remote position, you will have the benefit of a flexible work environment. While much of your work will be conducted virtually, you will have the support of an outpatient office where team collaboration, client meetings, and training sessions may take place. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families using various evidence-based techniques, ensuring each session is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that outline clear objectives, methods, and expected outcomes.

• Utilize diagnostic assessments to monitor and evaluate client progress over time, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on observed changes and client feedback.

• Collaborate closely with other professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to create a holistic care approach that addresses the multifaceted needs of each client.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and caseload management, ensuring compliance with confidentiality policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and familial conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
