Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Assess clients’ psychological, emotional, and relational needs, and develop personalized treatment plans that resonate with their goals and challenges.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy, among others.

• Engage actively in collaborative case management with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to hone your skills and stay abreast of advancements in therapeutic practices and mental health treatments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your core focus will be on facilitating emotional healing and personal growth for a varied clientele, including individuals grappling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, ideally in an outpatient setting.

• Expertise in conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and developing actionable treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients from various demographics.

• A robust commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical therapeutic practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and comfortable with conducting therapy in a virtual environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual compensation package ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, adjustable based on your years of experience and unique skill set.
