Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while accessing our state-of-the-art telehealth platform. As part of our virtual team, you will engage with clients through video and phone sessions, ensuring exceptional care. We provide the flexibility to manage your schedule while meeting the needs of our clients, typically between Monday and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some adjustments based on client availability. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the client's therapeutic experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patients’ mental health needs and establish diagnostic clarity, incorporating evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that consider the unique circumstances and strengths of each client, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Document clinical progress meticulously, maintaining confidential records while adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring the protection of sensitive client information.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and discussing cases during regular consultations.

Qualifications\n
