Inside Sales Representative

Singer Safety Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business, growing existing customer accounts, and driving profitable sales through proactive customer outreach and relationship management. This position requires a strong understanding of manufacturing products, customer requirements, and production processes to ensure accurate quotations, order entry, and communication of product specifications. The Sales Representative works closely with production, purchasing, and other internal departments to deliver effective customer solutions while maintaining pricing standards and customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires initiative, accountability, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach to achieving sales goals and supporting the company's continued growth. Training for the position will be provided. Sales can earn upwards of $120,000, base pay starts at $50,000.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues via phone or email
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned markets and industries
• Develop new customer relationships through prospecting calls, emails, networking, and other sales activities
• Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by identifying additional product needs and opportunities for increased sales
• Contact prospective customers, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into sales
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve established sales goals
• Identify opportunities to expand sales of existing products and introduce new products to current and prospective customers
• Research target markets, competitors, and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Meet established sales goals, prospecting expectations, and customer-development objectives
• Submit daily or weekly sales activity reports as required by management
• Process and enter a high volume of purchase orders from customers into the company system
• Process and issue xhyhwjd price quotations to customers
• Take ownership of assigned accounts and follow through on commitments without requiring repeated management intervention

Requirements:

· Minimum three years of inside business-to-business sales experience

· BA/BS degree with a concentration in advertising sales, marketing, promotions, or business administration

· Closing skills

· Prospecting skills

· Customer focus

· Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook

· Organizational familiarity and abilities

· Verbal and communication skills with enthusiasm for selling

· Good basic math skills
