About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief for its Division of Breast Medical Oncology. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all clinical activities within the division, developing and implementing strategies to advance the mission of breast medical oncology, and fostering collaboration with a wide range of clinical, translational, and basic science programs. This leadership role requires a strong commitment to excellence in clinical care, research, and education, as well as the ability to enhance collaboration within a multidisciplinary environment. The Chief will also be tasked with facilitating the development of clinical research for the division and will have the resources to support the mentorship, recruitment, and retention of faculty. Applicants for the Chief, Division of Breast Medical Oncology position at the company should be accomplished breast medical oncologists with a proven track record in the field. Board certification in medical oncology is a mandatory requirement. The role demands a leader who can effectively manage the clinical and research activities of the division, and who is dedicated to the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trials and be adept at working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting.
