About the Role We're growing our Boston-area sourcing team and looking for a Talent Sourcer to help us keep pace with client demand across sales, tech, and finance searches. This role sits close to the action — you'll partner directly with recruiters and account managers to build candidate pipelines that actually move searches forward, not just fill a spreadsheet. We built this as a hybrid role on purpose: enough in-office time to stay wired into the team's rhythm and pick up context fast, with a remote Friday to give you a stretch of deep, heads-down sourcing time each week. We're also leaning into AI-assisted sourcing as part of how we work, so comfort with tools like Claude or ChatGPT to speed up research, outreach drafting, and candidate screening will make you productive here fast. Key Responsibilities Build and manage candidate pipelines across active searches in sales, tech, and finance Use sourcing tools and platforms — including AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT — to speed up research, identify qualified candidates, and draft outreach Partner with recruiters and account managers to understand role requirements and calibrate search criteria Conduct initial outreach and qualify candidate interest and fit Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Crelate) Flag pipeline gaps or sourcing challenges early so the team can adjust strategy Qualifications 1+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related function Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for research, writing, or workflow support Comfortable working across multiple searches and priorities at once Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS systems) a plus Based in or able to commute to Quincy, MA 4 days/week What We Offer Hybrid schedule: onsite 4 days/week in Quincy, remote Fridays Full health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off Bonus eligibility A team environment where sourcing is treated as a craft, not just a numbers game Compensation $50,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
