Product & Employment Counsel for HR & EOR

In this role, you will provide essential legal guidance for Ripplings Employer of Record (EOR) services across various jurisdictions. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Compliance teams while fostering a compliance culture.
The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience, a law degree, and deep knowledge of employment law. The role offers competitive salary, benefits, and equity, requiring in-office collaboration at least three days a week.
