Client Engagement Manager

Job description Role Overview Seeking Client Engagement Manager that will play a critical client facing role responsible for onboarding new clients, delivering compelling presentations, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. You will serve as the bridge between prospect interest, client activation and retention, ensuring every new client experiences the full power of our platform from day one. This role combines consultative selling skills with a deep understanding of our platform to accelerate time to value for every client. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Activation: Lead the end to end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from signed agreement to platform activation. Configure and tailor initial platform setup based on client industry, size, and strategic priorities. Conduct kickoff sessions that establish clear objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client accounts, agent deployments, and integrations are operational. Value Proposition & Deal Support: Develop and deliver customized value proposition presentations to prospective clients during the sales cycle. Partner with the sales team to provide live demos, ROI analyses, and use case walkthroughs that address prospect pain points. Translate complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling business outcomes. Participate in discovery calls and strategy sessions to understand prospect needs and tailor engagement approaches. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding and early engagement phases. Conduct regular check ins during the first 90 days to monitor adoption, resolve issues, and identify expansion opportunities. Gather client feedback and relay insights to the product and leadership teams. Build trusted advisor relationships that support long term retention and account growth. Sales Enablement & Collateral: Collaborate with marketing and leadership to develop and refine presentation decks, case studies, and demo scripts. Maintain an up to date library of industry specific value propositions, ROI models, and success stories. Contribute to the development of scalable onboarding playbooks and best practice documentation.
