I’m currently recruiting for a Permanent Pharmacist-in-Charge opportunity in Nevada with a growing specialty pharmacy. This is a great opportunity for an experienced pharmacist who wants to help build and lead a brand-new pharmacy operation with strong long-term growth potential.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shifts
Setting: Specialty / Sterile Compounding Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge
Oversee sterile compounding operations and quality programs
Ensure compliance with USP, FDA, and state regulations
Hire, train, and supervise pharmacists and technicians
Manage SOPs, inspections, audits, and regulatory readiness
Support expansion and additional state licensing

Requirements:

Active Nevada Pharmacist license
Active California Pharmacist license
3+ years of pharmacist experience
Hospital, infusion, or specialty pharmacy experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
