Position Responsibilities Manage and litigate a large portfolio of civil cases throughout the State of Florida Conduct frequent virtual and in‑person court appearances Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings Engage in strategic case resolution and negotiation with opposing counsel Work collaboratively with supervising attorneys and support staff Qualifications Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar Admission to the Southern, Middle, or Northern Districts of Florida preferred but not required Juris Doctor from an accredited law school One year of experience in a high‑volume litigation environment preferred, whether civil or criminal Client Requirements Criminal background check 10‑panel drug screening Verification of Florida Bar licensure and good standing Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Eligibility for the firm’s profit‑sharing plan after two years of continuous employment Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits after partner review following 90 days Garage parking provided Significant opportunities for growth within a large multi‑state litigation practice Location Coral Gables, FL 33134 #J-18808-Ljbffr Pollack & Rosen, P.A.
