Job Title: Staff Pharmacist Location: Waltham, MA 02451 Duration: 03 Months Contract Pay range: $50.00 to $55.00 per hour on W2 (without benefits) Job Description: Duties: * Perform final product verification of prescription medications prior to shipment or dispensing. * Verify correct drug, strength, dosage form, quantity, labeling, packaging, and patient information. * Ensure prescription fulfillment complies with state and federal pharmacy regulations. * Review patient profiles for appropriateness, allergies, duplicate therapy, and potential drug interactions as required. * Resolve verification discrepancies * Maintain accuracy and productivity standards within established turnaround times. * Report medication errors, near misses, and operational concerns according to company procedures. * Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and operations teams to optimize workflow. * Requires a RPh license.
