Cashier / Server

Position Title: Cashier / Server – Bowl Maker

Oases is a vibrant and health-focused eatery dedicated to serving fresh, customizable bowls and providing exceptional customer service. We believe in creating a welcoming environment where both our guests and team members feel valued and energized.

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier / Server. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, preparing bowls to specification, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections
• Accurately take orders and process payments using POS systems
• Prepare and assemble bowls according to customer preferences and company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house and prep areas
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism

• Previous experience in food service or cashiering is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash/card transactions
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
