Must be flexible.Personal Bankers will assist existing and future customers with banking needs: (including but not limited to)Manage accounts and verify account details upon customer requestExplain and discuss banking services, products, and procedures with care and detailPrepare account documents and obtain signatures when necessaryProcess transactions such as check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan paymentsRefer customers to relevant bank departments for commercial, residential, or mortgage loansAssist and resolve customers' queries and complaintsEstablish long-term working relationships with customersAnswer incoming phone callsComplete assigned administrative tasks and responsibilitiesSkills and required qualifications:High school diploma and cash handling experienceExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skillsAbility to multi-task and work effectively to meet required deadlinesAbility to learn quickly and apply knowledgeAbility to work in a team environmentFriendly and pleasant personality
