As a Change Lead, you will:
- Lead the change management and adoption strategy for high-impact initiatives and enterprise system implementations
- Write, manage, and support communication efforts for major change initiatives as well as day-to-day organizational communication needs
- Partner closely with project managers and deployment leads to ensure change activities are aligned, coordinated, and harmonized across the organization
- Identify risks, resistance points, and gaps in adoption, developing corrective action plans to address challenges proactively
- Develop, maintain, and report on an integrated change delivery and adoption plan for critical initiatives
- Create communication materials and key messages, collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality change deliverables
- Ensure messages reach the right audiences at the right time through appropriate communication channels
- Evangelize the purpose of change by clearly articulating the benefits and value of planned initiatives
- 5-7 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or adoption strategy
- Experience supporting change initiatives within financial services environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute effective change strategies for complex initiatives
- Strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights, metrics, and adoption indicators
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align change initiatives to organizational objectives
