Colorado Field Tax Auditor I — Independent & Impactful
Department of Revenue
The Department of Revenue seeks a qualified individual to audit business taxes in Colorado. This role involves conducting field audits at taxpayer locations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and requiring a minimum of five years in finance or accounting. Candidates must be Colorado residents at the time of application, and current CPA or CIA licensure can substitute for experience. The position seeks individuals with excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, among others.
