About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead commercial growth, strengthen distribution partnerships, and shape sales strategy in the electrical industry. Responsibilities include leading teams across commercial sales, product management, and sales operations; driving revenue, profitability, pricing, and market expansion; and building relationships with distribution partners, key accounts, and independent representatives. The role also carries responsibility for sales performance against a large revenue target. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the electrical or wire and cable industry, along with strong electrical distribution channel expertise. P&L accountability and sound business judgment are required, as is experience leading teams across sales, product management, and sales operations. The successful candidate will bring a record of commercial growth and the ability to develop strategic channel relationships.
