Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other disciplines to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; delegate tasks within scope of practice.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately; maintain thorough, up-to-date charting.
- Maintain infection control practices, patient safety, and quality of care in a high-acuity setting.

Requirements
- Ability to work in a hospital ICU environment with critical care demands.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness and ability to work a 12-hour day shift schedule (3x12s).
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to travel for a temporary assignment.
- ICU nursing experience preferred; demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking and independent judgment in patient care.
