Hybrid, Seattle WA Base comp: $90-110k base, commission structure. $200-250K OTE Our client is a fast-growing SaaS AI HRIS start up hiring a channel/partnership-focused seller to expand distribution and revenue. This is the first hire for the sales team, reporting to the CRO. Why this role matters You’ll be the force that scales the partner-led motion—building and activating alliances across HRIS ecosystems, HR & benefits consultancies, and major cloud marketplaces. What you’ll do Build & scale partnerships: Launch, grow, and operationalize revenue-generating relationships across consulting networks, HR platforms, and cloud marketplaces. Drive revenue via indirect channels: Run joint pitches, demos, and co-sell motions that convert into pipeline and closed‑won deals. Source & close new business: Own the full-cycle enterprise and upper–mid-market sales process alongside partner teams. Map the ecosystem: Identify high-potential partners, craft mutual value props, and stand up repeatable plays for co‑marketing and field engagement. Run partner reviews: Lead QBRs to align on pipeline, enablement, and success metrics; track joint outcomes. What makes you a great fit Primary requirement: Demonstrated success i sales—building, activating, and scaling direct or indirect revenue streams. Experience collaborating and navigating co-sell/joint GTM motions. Background in enterprise SaaS (HR tech or adjacent preferred); comfortable with startup ambiguity and speed. Ability to sell AI-powered technology (not services) and translate technical value into business outcomes. You don’t need a pre-existing HR network—hustle and zero-to-one partnership building matter most. Executive presence: you can earn trust with senior stakeholders across partners and customers.
