ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Business-to-business sales and superior management of both large and small accountsProspecting, cold calling, and development of new sales opportunities (Hunting skills required!)Creation of client-focused sales plans to meet/exceed goals, and ensure client needs are metParticipation in team/market efforts, meetings, and eventsCross-departmental responsibilities to ensure the client’s needs are fully met beyond the sale.Assisting with collection efforts from clientsCreation of client-focused sales plans to meet/exceed goals in conjunction with Target and Key Account developmentKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:Highly motivated and creative individual who is looking for ways to innovateCommitted to building and developing new relationships, including essential networking opportunities.Maintaining and building strong relationships with new and existing clientsAbility to diagnose and recommend advertising campaigns based on client needsProfessional demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service skillsSuccessful track record working with major accounts Digital and other media sales are a strong plusProficiency in MS Office Suite, and the ability to easily learn industry-specific software requiredDedication to CRM entry on a daily basisStrong written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)Submit to a criminal background checkLegal right to work in the United StatesEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE3-5 years of business-to-business sales experience, with experience in media preferred.
