Enabled by modern platforms and AI, you'll do the most meaningful work of your career and see your impact at scale.The Regional Field Marketing Specialist serves as the primary marketing partner for assigned sales teams and business stakeholders, leading the planning, execution, and optimization of regional sales-sponsored events and designated business-sponsored events. This role manages the complete event lifecycle from intake and consultation through post-event reporting and lead follow-up, ensuring programs align with business objectives, support pipeline growth, strengthen client relationships, and deliver a consistent brand experience.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary marketing contact for assigned business, sales teams, and regional stakeholders.Conduct intake consultations with sales and business stakeholders to identify messaging, audiences, budgets, and deliverables.Evaluate event requests and provide recommendations on event formats and support strategies.Translate business requirements into project plans and event workstreams.Establish timelines, milestones, and stakeholder responsibilities.Drive accountability for approvals, content submissions, attendee lists, and event deliverables.Event Project ManagementManage multiple events simultaneously across the assigned region(s).Lead planning meetings and stakeholder status reviews.Develop and maintain detailed project timelines.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on-time execution.Identify risks and proactively resolve issues.Maintain event documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Sales-Sponsored and Business-Sponsored Event ManagementManage Salesforce campaigns, registration pages, Engagement Studio programs, and Highspot assets.Coordinate event communications, attendee management, logistics, onsite support, and follow-up activities.Partner with initiative marketers and stakeholders on messaging and content alignment.Coordinate client events, hospitality programs, roundtables, webinars, sponsorships, association events, and business sponsored events.Lead Management and ReportingCoordinate attendee targeting and list management.Initiate lead qualification processes and follow-up workflows.Track attendee engagement and campaign performance.Develop post-event reports, summaries, and recommendations.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Two to five years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.Experience managing events from planning through post-event reporting.Experience working with sales organizations and business stakeholders.Strong project management and communication skills.Ability to travel up to 25 percent.Preferred QualificationsExperience in B2B professional services, legal services, or technology organizations.Experience with onsite, webinars, and virtual events.Experience supporting regional sales programs and account-based marketing.Systems and TechnologySalesforcePardot or other marketing automation platformsHighspotMonday.comMicrosoft Office suiteWebinar platformsEvent registration toolsCore Competencies Event Planning and ExecutionProject and Stakeholder ManagementCross-Functional CollaborationStrategic CommunicationLead ManagementProblem SolvingAttention to DetailThe Compensation range for this role is 60,000 to 65,000 USD annually and may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:Location-based market rate for the roleYour abilities in relation to the job specificationPerformance during screening and interviewPay parity with the wider team in the considered locationFurther details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.Epiq Leadership CompassFosters Relationships & CollaborationBuild trust-based partnershipsNurture long-term relationshipsRemove collaboration barriersCelebrate cross-team successEngages & InfluencesUse storytelling to build buy-inAlign communication with organizational goalsGuild alignment through strong engagementMaximizes PerformanceUse data to identify improvement opportunitiesMake informed decisionsAlign team goals with broader strategyEmpower teams to manage their own goalsTranslate vision into clear prioritiesPrepare for disruptions with strong change managementAchieves Operational SuccessImprove workflows for team efficiencyUse clear documentation and expectationsResolve issues quickly using data and feedbackIt is Epiq's policy to comply with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws by making all employment decisions without unlawful regard or consideration of any individual's race, religion, ethnicity, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expressions, transgender status, sexual and other reproductive health decisions, marital status, age, national origin, genetic information, ancestry, citizenship, physical or mental disability, veteran or family status or any other basis protected by applicable national, federal, state, provincial or local law.
