If you're passionate about recovery and want to make a meaningful impact, we warmly invite you to join our growing team.Now Hiring: Corporate Trainer - HealthcareThe Corporate Trainer will lead the development and execution of training initiatives across our multi-site network, ensuring consistency in onboarding, performance standards, and operational excellence across all locations.Position Overview:Location: Corporate office based in Lakewood, NJ Travel: Occasional travel to facilities preferredHours: Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility for emergenciesKey Responsibilities Include:Facilitate onboarding and training for all management-level rolesTrack and document staff trainings within a centralized systemSupport consistent, reliable, and effective training practices across all locationsEvaluate performance and identify retraining needs through audits, incident debriefs, and collaboration with Operations DirectorsDevelop and maintain training resources with clear calls to action and measurable performance improvement strategiesQualifications:Education: Master's degree preferred, not requiredExperience: Experience in training, writing, and public speaking; healthcare and substance use experience preferredSkills: Strong writing, training facilitation, organization, and technical proficiencyCertifications: Not requiredCore Competencies:Motivational and engaging presenceStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and public speaking abilitiesProfessionalism and positivityHighly organized and reliableDetail- orientedCollaborative team playerWhy Join Avenues?At Avenues, our people are our greatest strength.
