Talent Acquisition Manager This role drives end-to-end talent acquisition by proactively sourcing, engaging, and guiding diverse candidates for commercial and regulatory roles while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver excellent candidate experience and strong hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities Independently source and attract talent through various channels (incl. active sourcing, active candidate pools, employee referrals, direct applications), mainly for commercial functions Build a strong pipeline of diverse talent across different functions and seniorities Collaborate with hiring managers and HR BPs to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish recruitment strategies Screen applications, conduct screening calls, and shortlist candidates Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring excellent candidate experience. Strategic Impact & Key Interfaces Strategic Impact Supports business performance by delivering timely, high‑quality talent across the organization. Improves hiring outcomes by applying standardized TA processes, market insight, and data‑driven execution aligned to global TA frameworks. Key Interfaces Hiring Managers & Functional Leaders Global Talent Acquisition Team- Dotted‑line collaboration on ATS tools, reporting, and best practices. HR Business Partners & External Vendors Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of experience in international recruiting, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or a recruiting agency focused on life sciences Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems) Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment for commercial and corporate functions (Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, etc.) on expert and management level Proficiency in English, ideally also Spanish (but not required) Deep understanding of the US talent market and preferably first experience with Latin America Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Core Competencies & Behaviors Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience- Ensures positive, professional candidate experience and clear communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Process & Compliance Adherence- Follows global TA processes and local compliance requirements while maintaining accurate data, reporting, and recruitment documentation. Pay Transparency This position offers a salary range of $125,000- $155,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills and qualifications.
