About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Compliance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive compliance, audit management, and facility oversight plan. This role involves leading the direction and management of compliance oversight, including the supervision of the audit management program and resources, and the development and implementation of policy and procedure management. The Vice President of Compliance will also be tasked with ensuring organizational integrity through the initiation of compliance projects and the implementation of corrective action plans to address identified risk areas. Applicants for the Vice President of Compliance position at the company should be resourceful, highly organized, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in clinical compliance and regulatory functions within a healthcare environment, with a preference for those holding a Nursing License (RN) or a clinical equivalent. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, and certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) is also preferred. The role demands a trusted team player with a solid work ethic, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a commitment to promoting a culture of compliance across the organization.
