Front Office Manager

Alliance OBGYN is seeking an experienced and organized Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare practice and ensure an exceptional patient experience. This key leadership role is responsible for managing administrative functions, supervising office staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The Front Office Manager serves as a vital link between clinical and administrative teams, helping to create a collaborative, efficient, and patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical office to ensure efficiency and productivity. Supervise, support, and evaluate administrative and front-office staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards. Serve as a liaison between medical providers and administrative personnel to promote effective communication and teamwork. Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures that enhance operational effectiveness and patient care. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner. Monitor office performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing development of office staff. Conduct clerical staff meetings monthly. Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in medical office management, healthcare administration, or a supervisory healthcare role. Strong knowledge of medical office operations, healthcare regulations, and patient service standards. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Preferred Skills Experience leading and developing healthcare administrative teams. Ability to implement operational improvements and streamline workflows. Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills. Experience with medical billing and insurance.
