Overview

The Brand Management and Marketing team creates long-term global plans for properties and marketing. These plans help important properties and franchises in the Global Products and Experiences Division at Paramount. The team also serves as the central point of coordination across all franchises for products and experiences, aggregating insight, collaborating with partners an ensuring alignment across teams and key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of long-range property plans that manage the lifecycle for key properties and franchises across consumer demographics

• Develop new pitch materials to support the business needs

• Create visual presentations for all events

• Collaborate with retail teams and licensing teams to support the sell-in process

• Maintain and update sales and brand tools including fact sheets, sales decks, newsletters, etc.

• Analyze data and provide strategic insights

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience

• 1+ years’ experience in brand management, franchise management/marketing or licensing (solid internship experience in the entertainment industry will be considered)

• Experience with design and asset management

Additional Qualifications

• Solid written and verbal communication

• Highly organized, ability to work in a dynamic environment

• Ability to build well-developed relationships by working collaboratively across multi-functional teams

• Well-developed PowerPoint skills (presentation and slide creation), MS office including Word, Excel

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 62,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
