Project Manager

Location: Hybrid - Holly Springs, NC Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2) Contract Length: 6 months (possible extension) Compensation: $62/$71 per hour (based on experience) Summary of the Role Join a big biopharma leader as a Project Manager supporting strategic non-technical projects in technology implementation. You will manage high-level projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence three days a week, focused on digital collaboration and project management best practices. Key Responsibilities Manage complex, high-level non-technical projects within defined scope, time, and budget requirements Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones are met Coordinate and direct cross-functional project teams, including resource allocation Facilitate structured meetings and communicate project updates, issues, and decisions to stakeholders Capture lessons learned and apply best practices for continuous improvement in technology rollouts Document and ensure all project requirements and objectives are met Collaborate using digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, and SharePoint Translate complex processes into flowcharts or diagrams for workflow optimization Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in technology projects Proven expertise in running medium to large-scale projects Excellent understanding of project management processes and methodologies Strong analytical skills and business process development experience Experience with Microsoft Project, MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel Demonstrated change management capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (Teams, Smartsheet, SharePoint) Top 3 Must Have Skills 1. Strong Communication Skills – Clearly convey information to all stakeholders 2. Time Management Expertise – Effectively prioritize tasks and maintain schedules 3.
