Providesaccurateinformationtoensureproperprojectinitializationandclose-outtakeplace. Assuresthatallpermits,licenses,andinspectionsfilingsarecompleted. Schedulesweeklyactivitiesofallassignedpersonnel. IdentifiesmaterialrequirementsofprojectsandworkswithPCtoensuretimelydeliveryofmaterialforjobs. Assistspersonnelwithon-siteproblemswhennecessary. Preparesprojectstatusreportsand/orschedules,ifapplicable. Prices,submitstoowner,andexpeditesallchangeorderrequests. Assuretimelycompletionofpunchlistitems.
