Maintenance Technician Quincy,MA

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in multifamily property maintenance. This position will be primarily located in Quincy, MA. Job Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled, while maintaining accurate records. on Yardi Iphone App Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner. Prepare vacant apartments for move-in performing repairs and inspections. This includes but is not limited to move-out/move-in inspections, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, Respond to emergency calls during on-call rotation. Preserve the beauty of the buildings and the property through general upkeep and ground maintenance. Qualifications Experience in building maintenance Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair, Plumbing License and/or HVAC Certification a plus Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation. The ability to lift fifty pounds. Basic computer skills and ability using various software and apps. Knowledge of safety measures and precautions to ensure a safe work environment.
