Job Description Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an Potential opportunity for a civilian Medical Records Clerk at Missouri Army National Guard in Jefferson City, Mo. Job Requirements High school diploma At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably with medical records At least 6 months of experience within the last year working in a medical environment. Excellent interpersonal skills. Job Duties include but not limited to: Receives patients, visitors, and telephone calls into the Emergency Department. Obtain identifying information and determines the nature of the visit/ call. Review all database information for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Ensure required forms/documents are completed appropriately. Alternates duty days between the Registration Desk, Floater Desk and the ED Treatment Area (nursing station).
