This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions from a location that’s convenient for you, while also occasionally collaborating with colleagues in our outpatient office in Joliet. Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to provide a safe space for emotional exploration.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determine the appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals and couples, providing evidence-based intervention techniques that empower clients to address challenges.

• Regularly evaluate client progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Infinite Ties Wellness, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will be equipped to treat a variety of mental health disorders, focusing on the unique challenges faced by couples and families, including communication issues, conflict resolution, and attachment challenges. Your expertise in these areas will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and overall community mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated understanding of individual and family systems, with strong therapeutic skills relevant to couples and family therapy.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a teambased environment and utilize remote work tools effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training in addiction counseling or experience with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and techniques such as CBT, DBT, or systemic therapy.

• Prior experience providing therapy via telehealth or virtual platforms is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
