Accounts Payable Manager

Accounts Payable Manager (Irvine, CA / On-site to start with flex hybrid later)

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the end-to-end accounts payable function in a high-volume, multi-entity environment
• Oversee and develop a team of AP professionals, driving accuracy, efficiency, and accountability
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and vendor management activities
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership to improve visibility and controls
• Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize AP performance, cycle times, and cash flow management
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

What You Bring

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience , including leadership responsibility
• Proven experience managing high-volume AP operations
• Hands-on experience with AP automation, system implementations, or process optimization
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics or similar a plus)
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
