Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in healthcare support services, is seeking bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Business Process Managed Services supporting operations in the provider network. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Pay Range: $22/hour Shift: Days (40 hours) expecting availability between 7AM and 7PM What’s the Job? Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, claims status, and program-related questions. Respond promptly, courteously, and concisely to phone inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document all interactions clearly and accurately in online logs for record‑keeping. Transfer callers to appropriate units when necessary to resolve issues efficiently. Meet and exceed individual performance standards, including attendance and productivity metrics. What’s Needed? At least six months of recent, verifiable experience in a high-volume contact center environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with a minimum of 80% proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work flexible hours between 7 am and 7 pm. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. What’s in it for me?
