Digital Sales Representative We’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated Digital Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales tactics. Using experience in SaaS opportunity creation and sales, you will deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model while maximizing revenue in target accounts. You will work closely with field sales counterparts – outside account executives, solution engineers, and channel partners – to penetrate new accounts and cross‑sell within existing SailPoint accounts. Key Responsibilities Drive proactive outreach and relationship building with potential customers, targeting new accounts and cross‑selling to existing SailPoint customers. Deliver the SailPoint pitch and educate prospects on the platform’s benefits. Utilize the full digital tech stack (LinkedIn, 6Sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Salesforce) to prospect, sequence, and manage leads within SLA timeframes. Generate and qualify pipeline opportunities in Salesforce and convert prospects into opportunities. Track and report performance metrics in the KPI dashboard, achieving funnel and pipeline targets. Milestones & Success Metrics First month: complete onboarding program, learn the SailPoint pitch, shadow discovery calls, set up bi‑weekly meetings, and begin prospecting activities. Three months: complete revenue onboarding, refine discovery call skills, book the first discovery call, create at least one opportunity in Salesforce, and demonstrate core KPI achievement. Six months: achieve funnel and pipeline targets, close a deal with support from the Account Executive. 12 months: close deals independently without AE support, maintain KPI results, and meet yearly funnel and pipeline targets. Qualifications Current experience in Software Sales, preferably in an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) role. Experience upselling/closing small deals. Must live in Austin (hybrid), Chicago, or the DC Metro area. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Compensation & Benefits On‑Target Earnings: $120,000 (USD) – $84,000 base / $36,000 uncapped commission. Additional compensation may include the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan and equity participation. Salary ranges vary by location and role specifics: $58,100–$97,963.60 for US employees (USD).
