We have multiple shifts, hours, and locations available and will keep you close to the area where you prefer to work. Pay range of $20.00 to $23.50 depending on level of care.Current Needs:Caregivers available every day of the week 8am-9pmCaregivers willing and able to transport clients in their own vehicle required.No NOC or evening shifts currently availableCaregiver Job Duties:Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living, including (but not limited to):Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)Cooking and/or serving mealsHelping clients bathe, dress, and groomProviding companionship through daily activities and hobbiesDriving clients (as needed) to the store or appointmentsMonitoring and reporting on their conditionWhy Family Resource Home Care?We Equip You: Become a professional caregiver with our support. We proudly recognize our caregivers through weekly emails and monthly newsletters.Requirements:18 years of age or olderAbility to lift a minimum of 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. on rare occasionsMust own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile appAbility to pass a state and national background checkValid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving recordHave a reliable vehicle to transport clientsAbility to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as neededAdditional Information:Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply, and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!Oregon only – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with nurse-led medication training before working with clients.
