Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth evaluations of patients in the rehabilitation setting, assessing physical limitations and documenting findings accurately.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and assistive technologies aimed at alleviating pain and enhancing mobility.
• Continuously track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed based on patient responses and recovery timelines.
• Equip patients with assistive devices for ambulation and self-care, providing instruction and support for optimal use.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on rehabilitation techniques, preventive measures, and the importance of adherence to therapy protocols.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient demographic, including children and adults facing various conditions, from orthopedic injuries and post-surgical recovery to chronic pain issues. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Florida.

• Competence in using electronic health records and therapy documentation systems.
• High degree of adaptability and resilience in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation or within a hospital setting is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation principles will be advantageous.
• Previous clinical internships or fieldwork experience in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we provide a generous benefits package, including:
