Labor and Employment Associate

A law firm seeks a mid-level Labor and Employment Associate for its Dallas, TX office. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic and nationally recognized practice group. Duties Participate in employment class actions, including trade secret and restrictive covenant cases. Conduct trials, take depositions, and cover hearings. Interview witnesses and handle written discovery. Write persuasive briefs and legal documents. Requirements 4th - 6th year associate experience in labor and employment law. Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills. Keen attention to detail and initiative to take ownership. Substantive knowledge of employment laws such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA. Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization or eligible to take the exam. Member of the Texas State Bar or willing to become one quickly. Education Strong academic credentials. Certifications Board Certification in Labor and Employment Law preferred. Skills Excellent writing and analytical abilities. Strong interpersonal skills.
