Job Description

SJZ Homes is looking for an experienced, skilled, and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in new construction homes, additions, and remodels , and we take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship to our clients.

We’re looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates well, and takes pride in doing the job right.

Responsibilities

Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general carpentry work
Assist with various aspects of residential construction including additions and remodels
Read and follow construction plans and project specifications
Work collaboratively with other trades and team members
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Problem solve and adapt to challenges on the job site

Qualifications

Experience in residential construction and carpentry
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Reliable transportation
Must have your own basic hand tools

Experience across multiple trades is a strong plus.
