Junior Staff Accountant

Responsibilities Maintain and organize financial records, documentation, and supporting files. Perform high-volume data entry while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Track and monitor outstanding invoices and assist with follow-up activities as needed. Update and maintain accounting databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools. Prepare, compile, and distribute financial and operational reports. Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks to support the department. Ensure accounting information is current, accurate, and properly documented. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Experience using QuickBooks. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including working with and maintaining legacy spreadsheets. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
