About the Role

We're hiring Assistant Store Managers who are passionate about people, cars, and customer service. We'll train and support you every step of the way.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach team members
Deliver outstanding customer experiences
Open/close the store and manage daily operations
Oversee inventory, cash control, and deposits
Support the General Manager in maintaining service standards

What You'll Need

1+ year of retail or hospitality management (automotive a plus)
Valid Driver's License & Age 18+
Fluent in English
Reliable and punctual
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet

Salary Description

$16.50-17.50/hr
