This is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with an established reputation and strong local connections to join a Top 50 firm with the backing of a highly regarded national Real Estate team.THE ROLEThe Shrewsbury office is continuing to grow, with the expansion driven by strong client demand across the region. As part of this growth, there is now an opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property lawyer to help shape and develop the local practice.You will have the support of a national Real Estate team of more than 80 fee earners, offering expertise across a broad range of areas including:• General Commercial Property• Commercial Development• Real Estate Finance• Construction• Investment and DevelopmentThis is an opportunity to build on an existing platform rather than start from scratch.
