Work Environment

This position is entirely onsite, allowing for direct interaction with patients in our well-equipped clinic or in their homes, as part of our house call service. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose both acute and chronic medical conditions, tailoring care to meet individual patient needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines and patient preferences.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and therapies, while effectively monitoring their progress and adjusting as necessary.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner certification and an active state nursing license.
• A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least three years of clinical experience in primary care, demonstrating a commitment to patient health and wellness.

Compensation and Benefits
