This full-time position is based onsite in our San Antonio, Texas location, offering a salary range of $200,000 to $250,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Environment

Our work setting is distinctive, characterized by a concierge medicine model that emphasizes personalized care and house calls. This approach allows our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to engage directly with patients in familiar environments, enhancing comfort and continuity of care. The clinic hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, aligning with our commitment to work-life balance for our staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and detailed evaluations to diagnose various mental health conditions.
• Prescribe and manage medications, continuously monitoring patient response and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with primary care providers and interdisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated care models, enhancing the overall treatment experience.
• Offer crisis intervention techniques and immediate support during acute emotional distress, ensuring patient safety and psychological stability.
• Engage in proactive community outreach efforts and educational campaigns aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and available services.
• Deliver therapeutic counseling and psychoeducation to patients, empowering them with tools and strategies for managing their mental health.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and clinic policies to ensure confidentiality and legal compliance.
