Develop and maintain dashboards and key metrics to track progress, highlight risks, and support data‑driven decision‑making. Track progress against schedules and key objectives, ensuring risks are flagged early and managed proactively. Lead cross‑functional alignment through structured check‑ins and ongoing stakeholder engagement to resolve issues and maintain momentum. Deliver progress updates, insights, and risk assessments to executive leaders, driving alignment and focus on key outcomes. Champion best practices in program management, fostering a culture of execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or equivalent experience. Working knowledge of semiconductor industry, silicon IP design flows, and methodologies. Strong execution skills with a proven ability to drive planning, timelines, and deliverables across cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication skills, providing executive‑level updates and driving alignment. Ability to lead by influence and foster collaboration across various stakeholders, driving accountability. Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and follow‑through. Skilled at tracking progress through dashboards, metrics, and regular status updates.
