Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address a wide array of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and behavioral health technicians, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record systems to enhance efficiency.

• Engage with clients through evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, to promote healing and personal growth.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic techniques as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to share insights and strategies that enhance collective knowledge and improve treatment methods.

Our client demographic is varied, serving individuals from different age groups, socio-economic backgrounds, and cultural identities. As a Mental Health Therapist at Pivotal Moments Psychiatric Center, you will work with individuals confronted with mental health disorders and their families. This role requires sensitivity to the different backgrounds and experiences that clients bring to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a counseling or mental health setting is highly desired, with a preference for applicants who have dealt with a diverse client population.

• Proven ability to establish effective therapeutic relationships with clients and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
