Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories and determine the most effective treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on promoting trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process their trauma experiences, cultivate coping skills, and encourage healing.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and address complex cases effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention to assist clients during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring immediate support and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on supporting trauma survivors in their journey toward recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, particularly in trauma-focused settings.

• Demonstrated strong knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment models.

• Experience in delivering trauma-focused therapies and interventions, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
