Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will engage in a variety of critical responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ mental health history, background, and presenting concerns, facilitating the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship dynamics, and substance use disorders.

• Facilitate couple’s therapy sessions aiming to enhance communication skills, resolve conflicts, and improve relational dynamics for better outcomes.

• Engage with families to navigate systemic challenges, focusing on improving communication patterns and fostering healthier family interactions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, clearly outlining therapeutic goals, intervention strategies, and anticipated outcomes for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients presenting acute distress, ensuring client safety and well-being.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, while adhering to stringent ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health providers, medical professionals, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, enhancing treatment efficacy.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
