You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, ensuring integrated care for all patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history, mental health status, and treatment requirements, utilizing digital tools for documentation and tracking.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address both the addiction and any co-occurring mental health challenges, ensuring goals are client-centered and measurable.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions through various telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Actively collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes, participating in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Qualifications\n
